This School Facilities Lease (“Lease””) is entered into by and between AVON COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION ("Landlord" or “School”) and TOWN OF AVON ("Tenant"). The signatories for Landlord and Tenant warrant and represent they have been duly authorized to execute this Lease. In consideration of the promises and obligations specified in this Lease, Landlord and Tenant agree as follows:
