The Agreement for Instructional or After-School Program Services (“Contract”) follows these directions. This Contract is intended to help Schools of the Archdiocese of Chicago contract with vendors for the performance of instructional or after-school program services. The Contract must be signed by the School’s Principal, who should read these instructions and the Contract in their entirety.
