This SchoolCafé Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Cybersoft Technologies, Inc. (“Cybersoft”), a Texas corporation with its principal place of business located at 4422 Cypress Creek Parkway, Suite 400, Houston, Texas, 77068 and “Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District” (the “Customer”), with its principal place of business located at “1301 E Orangethorpe Ave, Placentia, CA 92870” and shall be effective from the later of the Signature Dates of the parties (“Effective Date”), and shall remain effective for the entire period as stated herein.
