The Scottish Government has now published a model Scottish Secure Tenancy document following the changes introduced by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014. New tenants who sign up to a Gardeen property will sign this new document from 1 May 2019.The Scottish Government decided that existing tenants will not be issued with a new tenancy agreement.
