This Sculpture Loan Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the Mayor’s signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the “City”), and the person identified as the Lender in the Basic Provisions below (“Lender”). This Agreement includes the Basic Provisions and the attached General Provisions.

CONDITIONS FOR SCULPTURE LOANS MADE TO CAROLINA BRONZE SCULPTURE GARDEN The undersigned owner(s) (hereinafter, the “Artist”) of the sculpture described below, hereby agree to place the sculpture described below at a public site on property of Carolina Bronze Sculpture Garden (hereinafter, the “CBSG”) for public display for the period of time set forth herein, and pursuant to the following terms and conditions: The period of the loan shall begin on and end on . 1.
