This Seams Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) dated this day of February, 2005, is hereby executed by and between the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc. (“Midwest ISO”) and MAPPCOR, as contractor under the Mid-Continent Area Power Pool (“MAPP”) Restated Agreement. MAPPCOR and the Midwest ISO may be individually referred to herein as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
