This contract is between , who permanently resides at to rent seasonal campsite # for the seasonal period of to 2018 and here in after referred to as the. “Seasonal”, Onoville Marina Park located at Allegheny Reservoir, 704 West Perimeter Road, PO Box “B”, Steamburg, New York 14783, here-‐in-‐after referred to as the “Management” and shall contain the basic understanding of responsibilities of the two parties. For the purpose of this contract, the term recreation vehicles (RVs) includes, but not limited to, all truck mounted campers, camp trailers, fifth-‐wheel camper trailers, pop up tent campers, motor homes and motor coaches.
Rate 1 $1450.00 plus electric Rate 2 $1650.00 plus electric Rate 1 includes includes up to 90 nights per season. Rate 2 includes all nights during the camping season. Limited number available. Rates include 2 adults and 4 children under 18. Persons...Seasonal Contract • September 5th, 2020
