WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESERVE IT. Additional payments may be made prior to May 1. THE BALANCE IS DUE ON OR BEFORE MAY 1. There will be a $50 per month late charge if received after that date. In 2014, you may choose to pay $185.00 monthly or $360.00 bi-monthly, due on the first day of each month; there will be a $10.00 per month late fee. If there are any monies owed at the end of the current season your trailer and all other property will be removed from the site and held until full payment is received unless you have made other arrangements with management. If you plan on vacating your site, a 60-day written notice is required before the first day of the month.
