A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the final month of the lease period. Invoicing and billing cycle runs month to month, at the beginning of each month. Early departures will forfeit the $100 deposit. Credits cannot be issued for any reason. Monthly rent for the first month is due on the day of check-in, and for all subsequent months on the first of the month.
