This Second Addendum to Join Venture Agreement is made as of December 27, 2007 (the ‘‘Addendum’’), by and among (i) Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., formerly known as Rafael Armament Development Authority Ltd. (‘‘Rafael’’), (ii) Elron Electronic Industries Ltd. (‘‘Elron’’) and DEP Technologies Holdings Limited., a company controlled by Elron (jointly with Elron shall be referred to as ‘‘DEP’’), and (iv) RDC Rafael Development Corporation Ltd. THIS SECOND ADDENDUM (the “Second Addendum”), dated as of June 3, 2013, modifies that certain agreement entitled “Sales and Marketing Agreement” (the “Agreement”) dated as of January 16, 2013, by and between RBC Life Sciences, Inc. ("RBC Life") of 2301 Crown Ct., Irving, Texas, U.S.A., 75038, and Terry Butler (“Butler”) of 45 Royal Albert Crescent Paradise Point, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, 4216. All initially capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this Second Addendum shall have the meaning given those terms in the Agreement. The Agreement and this Second Addendum are referred to collectively herein as the “Contract.”

This Second Addendum adds Attachment C to the Student Access and Success Articulation Agreement between Texas Tech University and Lone Star College entered into on August 9, Attachment C, incorporated herein by reference, incorporates the updated TTU Uniform Graduation Requirements and updated Transfer Pathway Crosswalks. For clarity, Attachment C will supersede both Attachment A and Attachment B. This Addendum is effective on the date of last signature.

This Addendum to Lease Agreement is made as of this 27th day of April, 2009. This Addendum shall be effective as of May 1, 2009. This Second Addendum to Lease Agreement (hereinafter the "Addendum") modifies and amends the Lease Agreement dated October 26, 2001, as amended and assigned (collectively, the "Lease") by and between ChromaDex Analytics, Inc.(hereinafter referred to as "Tenant") and Railhead Partners, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord"). The provisions of this Addendum shall modify and supersede any conflicting or contrary provisions of the Lease. All terms in the Addendum shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Lease except to the extent modified herein. The remaining provisions of the Lease shall continue in full force and effect.
