THIS SECOND AGREEMENT for warming shelter services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on November 11, 2019, with an effective date of October 30, 2019, by and between the City of Pueblo, Colorado, a Colorado Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City” and the Pueblo Rescue Mission, a Colorado nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor.” The City and Contractor may be individually referred to as “Party” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
