THIS Second Research Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of July 30, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SKS Ocular, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and its subsidiary, C Therapeutics, LLC, having a principal place of business at 57 Meadow Woods Road, Great Neck, New York 11020 (collectively “SKS”) and [redacted]*. SKS and Alcon may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
