AGREEMENT, dated as of May 15, 2017 (the "Effective Date") (this "Agreement" or "Second Supplemental Agreement"), supplementing that certain Master Stapleton City Infrastructure Funding Agreement dated as of May 1, 2004, as supplemented by the First Supplemental Infrastructure Funding Agreement dated May 1, 2004 (the "Master Agreement"), is between the CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, COLORADO ("City"), a home-rule city and a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, and the DENVER URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY ("DURA" or the "Authority"), a body corporate duly organized and existing as an urban renewal authority under the laws of the State of Colorado.
