This Interlocal Agreement (ILA) is between Port of Tacoma (“Homeport”), a port district organized under the laws of Washington state) and The Northwest Seaport Alliance, a port development authority (“Alliance”). This ILA documents the agreed upon roles and responsibilities of the Homeport and the Alliance with respect to Homeport employees providing services to the Alliance in support of activities of mutual interest to the Homeport and the Alliance (collectively “Parties”) .
