This goal will be achieved by supporting the Government of Serbia in implementing measures that are part of Serbia's Integrated Border Management Strategy and Action Plan. The total value of this sector reform contract is EUR 28 million, of which EUR 24 million will be disbursed via Sector Budget Support and EUR 4 million will ensure Complementary Support to the action.
Sector Reform Contract “EU for YOUTH”Sector Reform Contract • May 29th, 2020
This Sector Reform Contract aims to improve the youth access to labour market. The Action will invest in the vocational qualification, skills and preparedness of young people to enter labour market. It will upscale selected Vocational Education Training Centres into centres of excellence able to ensure modern work-based learning practices and quality education. Further, the Action will support the smooth transition from school to work, through implementing a Youth Guarantee scheme for young people, neither in employment, nor in education or training (NEETs). The Action will result in increased employment rate for young women and men.
Sector Reform Contract to Support Transport with Focus on RoadsSector Reform Contract • April 4th, 2017
This will be achieved by contributing towards the improved efficiency and sustainability of road transport management, by supporting good governance, the implementation of standards for maintenance and safety, resulting in the improvement of the technical and safety conditions of the Albanian National Road Network, and by strengthening the administrative capacities for management of road construction and maintenance at central and regional levels.

This objective is in line with the MTDP, and aims to contribute to the overall effort of the Government, and the civil society to reduce poverty, to ensure access to social services for vulnerable sectors of the population and to enhance public accountability, good governance and transparency in public spending.
