THIS GlobalSign SECURE SERVER SERVICE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is effective as of the date of the accompanying Digital Certificate (the "Effective Date") between GlobalSign, NV/SA ("GlobalSign"), and the organisation receiving the enclosed Digital Certificate ("Customer"). Belgian Law shall govern this agreement.
