This ShotSpotter, Inc. SecureCampus® Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between ShotSpotter, Inc. (referred to herein as “ShotSpotter”), with offices located at 39300 Civic Center Dr., Suite 300, Fremont, CA 94538, and Virginia Commonwealth University, a public agency and an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “University”), with offices located at 907 Floyd Avenue, Richmond, VA 23284, effective as of the last date of signature herein. ShotSpotter and Customer may also be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
