In consideration of HK Monkey Securities Limited (the “Broker”) of Unit 2307, Tower1, Lippo Center, 89 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong (a Stock Exchange Participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Clearing Participant of The Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited) and a licensed Corporation (CE No. BJV607) licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission in respect of carrying on the regulated activities of dealing in securities agreeing to allow the Client identified in the Securities Client Account Opening Form to open one or more accounts with the Broker and providing services to the Client in connection with securities trading, the Client HEREBY AGREES that all transactions executed by the Broker for any Account shall be subject to this Securities Client Master Agreement (including without limitation the General Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms applicable to the services provided by the Broker) as amended from time to time and notified to the Clie
