By means of this Securities Intermediation Contract (called the "Intermediation Contract"), the terms and conditions of the operations and financial services provided by KALLPA SECURITIES SOCIEDAD AGENTE DE BOLSA S.A. (hereinafter "KALLPA SAB") are detailed to its CUSTOMER as follows:
