This Addendum (“Addendum”) to the Agreement (“Agreement”) dated this day of February 2021, is attached to and made a part of the Agreement between (“Provider”) and The Ohio State University (“Ohio State”). In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Addendum shall be binding.
