This Interlocal Funding Agreement ("the Agreement") is made between Macomb County, Michigan Municipal Corporation, 1 S. Main, Mt. Clemens, MI 48043 ("Fiduciary”), and Oakland County, 1200 North Telegraph, Pontiac, MI 48341, a Michigan Municipal Corporation ("Political Subdivision"). In this Agreement the Fiduciary and the Political Subdivision may also be referred to individually as "Party" or jointly as "Parties."
