This Agreement creates a contract between you (the “Customer”) and OCS Group UK Limited (“OCS”) and shall apply to all arrangements for the provision of the Services and/or Goods to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions (including, without limitation, any terms or conditions which the Customer puts forward at any time, whether with any purchase order, confirmation of order, specification or other document or otherwise).
