GCT has agreed to fund, and the University and the Researcher have agreed to undertake, the research project described in Schedule 1 on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement; and CIMA has agreed to provide certain indemnities to the University and the Researcher and receive the benefit of certain obligations from the University and the Researcher.
