Your child will be using Seesaw while enrolled at Siena to document their learning, achievements and activities in the class and school in a digital format. This will be showcased in the form of photos, videos, drawings and notes. On some occasions, photos and videos may include your child and other students in their classrooms. Your child will work collaboratively with other students and show their work together and other times there could be group photos or videos of excursions and performances. We recognise as a parent/guardian, you are proud of you child’s achievements, however, we need you to refrain from placing any documents from Seesaw on any type of social media, eg. facebook, instagram, etc, to align with our Child Safe Policies.

This agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any applicable Contract that is mutually executed by the parties and which references this agreement (together, the “Agreement”) governs Customer’s access to and use of the Services, and will be effective as of the applicable Contract Effective Date, as described in such Contract. (the “Effective Date”). Any terms used but not defined herein will have the meaning set forth in the Contract. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Contract, the Contract will prevail.
