• DELIVERY: The Vehicle is leased out to the Lessee for the time mentioned in this contract, beginning from the signing of this contract and the delivery of the Vehicle to the Lessee, which takes place at the Lessor's registered office unless stated otherwise. It is considered that the Vehicle is delivered to the Lessee's possession right after the signing of the contract unless stated otherwise, therefore the Lessee is responsible for the Vehicle and any side- effects of its use, from the moment of the hand-over of the Vehicle to him, indicated in the contract. The Vehicle shall be delivered in good working condition with charged battery, safe for operation. Complaints on the part of the Lessee must be reported to the Lessor upon delivery, prior to the commencement of the rental relationship, therefore, the Lessee is required to test the vehicle and check its condition in advance, notifying the lessor of any defects, faults, failures or malfunctions, both of bodywork and mechanics.
