These online terms (“Terms”) are the Self-Service Wholesale Terms of Service, White Label Wholesale Terms of Service, or Self Service Agreement – Online Terms discussed in, and incorporated by reference into, the Self-Service Wholesale Agreement, White Label Wholesale Agreement, or Self-Service Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into between Sangoma US Inc. or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates (i.e. Star2Star Communications, LLC) (collectively, “Sangoma”) and the person or entity named in the Agreement (“You” and collectively with Sangoma the “Parties”) and represents the Parties agreement on certain important terms relating to the Agreement. These Terms should be read and understood in conjunction with the Agreement and those capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.
