This senior advisory agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 17th 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between (a) Transdel Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and (b) Dr. Paul Finnegan, M.D., an individual (the “Consultant”).
