THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between ESCAMBIA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and the COUNCIL ON AGING OF WEST FLORIDA, INC., a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Recipient", for the sole purpose of administering the Senior Assistance COVID-19 Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Project".
