The purpose of this Rider to the Dwelling Lease is to authorize the Tenant to maintain a pet in the Tenant's dwelling unit, subject to certain specific conditions and restrictions. Pets are restricted to smaller domesticated animals as follows: a dog, cat, small caged bird, small caged rodent (hamster or gerbil only), fish or turtle. Reptiles, other than a turtle, are not considered pets.
