THIS SENIOR UNSECURED LINE OF CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 18, 2017 (the “Execution Date”), by and between Akcea Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Akcea”) and Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Ionis”).
