This SentinelOne Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA” or “Agreement”) is between SentinelOne, Inc. (“SentinelOne”) and the customer (“Customer”) who accepts this MSA, or accesses and/or uses the Solutions (as defined below). This MSA governs Customer’s subscription to the Solutions, constitutes a binding contract in connection with any paid or Evaluation use of the Solutions and is effective on the last date of signatures in the signature box of this MSA (“Effective Date”).
