This agreement is made and entered into by and between UW Physicians Network d/b/a UW Neighborhood Clinics, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or “UWNC” and the Service Employees International Union Healthcare 1199NW hereinafter referred to as the “Union” or “SEIU Healthcare 1199NW”. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the understanding reached between the parties with respect to wages, hours of work and conditions of employment for employees of the Employer who are represented by the union as set forth in Article 1.
