This agreement is between the Utah Department of Health (UDOH) and the University of Utah (University), on behalf of its Utah Resource for Genetic and Epidemiologic Research (RGE) regarding data contributed by UDOH to RGE. This agreement covers data from Utah's All Payer Claims Database (CLAIMS DATA) and Utah’s Healthcare Facility Database (FACILITY DATA), which includes ambulatory surgery data, inpatient discharge data and emergency room data contributed by UDOH to the RGE or any individual or organization within RGE.
