This AMENDMENT TO SERIES C WARRANT AND SERIES D WARRANT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of September 24, 2013 by and between Keyuan Petrochemicals, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and the investor signatory hereto (the “Investor”).
