This Click-Through Server Access Agreement (the “SAA”) contains the terms and conditions upon which you (“Customer”), grants to Cloud Linux, a Delaware Corporation, (“CloudLinux” or “Accessor”) a limited right to access and evaluate your servers (the “System”). Individually each is referred to as “Party” and jointly as “Parties”. Please read this SAA carefully.
