This Amendment to the Service Agreement for Paratransit Services made and entered into this day of May 2, 2006 by and between the MARIN COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to as District) and the MARIN SENIOR COORDINATING COUNCIL. INC, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) provides for paratransit services in Marin, San Francisco, Sonoma, and Contra Costa Counties. This Amendment extends the term of the original eighteen-month agreement, which began on November 1, 2004, for two additional months from May 1, 2006 through June 30, 2006.
