If no service animal is owned at the time this agreement is signed, a new pet agreement must be completed within 72 hours of acquiring the service animal. Violation of any rule contained in this Service Animal Agreement will be considered grounds for terminating the Service Animal Agreement and may require the removal of the animal from the campground. Failure to remove the animal from the community under this provision will be considered a breach of the Site Service Agreement and may be grounds for terminating the Site Service Agreement.
