This Service Integration Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of , 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Apple Inc., a California corporation with its principal place of business located at One Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California 95014 (“Apple”), and Crackle, Inc., 10202 W. Washington Blvd., Culver City, California 90232 (“Company”). Apple and Company are each a “Party” to this Agreement and are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
