This property is available to the Lonsdale School Residential Education Manager for the better performance of their duties due to the on-call responsibility that goes with the job. The occupation legal agreement is called a Service Occupancy Agreement and this means that the property is only available for the duration of employment in a role explicitly offered to better perform a job. This means if you are promoted or transfer to a different job you will have to give up the property, the same applies if you resign, are dismissed or if you have to give up the job for health reasons.
