THIS AIRPORT OPERATING RIGHTS AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered this first day of November 2008, by and among the TOWN OF SANFORD, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Maine and located in the County of York, State of Maine, with offices at 919 Main Street, Sanford, ME 04073 ("Owner"); and York County Helicopters, a Maine Company with a principal place of business at 12 Presidential Lane, Sanford, ME 04073 (“Operator”).
