This Golf Services and Concession Agreement, hereinafter called the "Agreement," is made and entered into as of the 11th day of April, 2014, by and between THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation, whose principal offices are at 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521, hereinafter called "City," and Douglas W. Perry, hereinafter called "Contractor", regarding certain services to be provided at the City Park Nine Golf Course, 411 South Bryan Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521 (the "Golf Course").
