This Services and Revenue Sharing Agreement (this “Agreement”) is being made as of , 2010 (the “Effective Date”) between Frontegra Asset Management, Inc. (the “Adviser” or “we”) and Access Alpha Worldwide LLC (“you”). Pursuant to this Agreement, you have agreed to provide certain services with respect to the Frontegra Hexam Emerging Markets Fund (the “Fund”) and for which you are entitled to receive payments.
