THIS AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES OF SPECIAL COUNSEL (the “Agreement” herein) is made and entered into effective as of this 1st day of July 2019, by and between the COUNTY OF AMADOR, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County” herein), and NORMAN DOWLER LLP and BRETT L. PRICE (collectively “Attorney” herein).
