Allina Health System (“Allina Health” or “Allina”) and the Minnesota Nurses Association (the “Union”) have reached this Settlement Agreement for Successor Contracts (“Settlement”) for those contracts that expired on May 31, 2016 covering the bargaining units of registered nurses at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and Phillips Eye Institute, Mercy Hospital, United Hospital, and Unity Hospital (collectively the “Hospitals”).
