This Settlement and Release of All Claims Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into this 23rd day of October 2018 by and between Christina Garner (“Garner”) on the one hand, and Shana Raywood dba Rebecca Hamilton (“Raywood”) and QBW Services, LLC (“QBW”) (Raywood and QBW referred to herein as the “Raywood Parties” collectively) on the other. Garner and the Raywood Parties may be referred to herein as “Parties” collectively or “Party” individually.
