THIS SEVENTH AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION AGREEMENT (the “Seventh Amendment”) is entered into on this 30th day of June, 2016 (the “Amendment Date”) by and between Amphastar Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, (“Amphastar”) and Actavis Laboratories FL, Inc.
