This Severance and Advisory Agreement (this “Severance Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Christopher M. Cashman (“Employee”) and SANUWAVE Health, Inc., a Nevada corporation, and all of its subsidiaries (including SANUWAVE, Inc.)
