This Severance/Change of Control Agreement ("Agreement") signed July 22, 2002, between PACIFIC NORTHWEST BANCORP and PACIFIC NORTHWEST BANK (hereinafter referred to jointly as "Pacific" unless Pacific Northwest Bank is specifically mentioned) and CHRISTIAN R.
