THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , by and between the CITY OF OAKLAND, a municipal corporation, herein after called "the Agency", and the EAST BAY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT, a public agency organized and existing under the law of the State of California, hereinafter called "the District", supersedes any and all other previous Sewer Agency Billing and Collection Agreements between the Agency and the District;
