This Sewer Agreement (“Agreement”), made and entered into by and between the City of Forney, Texas, a municipal corporation in the State of Texas (the City”), and South Forney, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Developer”) to be effective , 2019 (the “Effective Date”). The City and the Developer may individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
